Overview
The Horne Smelter is the only copper smelter in Canada, and construction of the RMR Thaw Building had to proceed inside a live industrial environment without disrupting operations. Our team delivered detailed technical studies and internal control of the construction works, covering structural and civil scope alongside continuous quality oversight. The project was completed over twelve months with zero safety incidents recorded.
