Eight of our thirteen documented engagements are power delivery assignments. We carry overhead and underground lines from 12.5kV to 735kV through route selection, structural analysis, foundation design and construction support, and we act as Professional of Record for utilities in Canada, the United States, West Africa and India.

Recent work: 63 kV double circuit line and tower design for SBEE in Benin, now erected between Gakpe and Ouidah.


Standards and tools
We design to NERC, CPUC General Order 95, CSA and CEB standards, and we are expert users of the PLS-CADD suite, PLS-Tower and TOWER. Foundation design is handled by our own geotechnical team rather than subcontracted.
Why utilities bring us in
Utility work is unforgiving: an outage window is fixed, a clearance violation is a regulatory matter, and a joint-use pole has to satisfy several owners at once. Our engagements have run for up to six consecutive years with the same client, which is the clearest signal we can offer about how the work holds up under audit.
