Distribution Aerial Crossing, Fraser River

Home » Projects » Distribution Aerial Crossing, Fraser River

Client: BC Hydro
Location: Lillooet, British Columbia, Canada
Status: Current, 2024 to present

Overview

The 220C01 distribution aerial crossing spans the Fraser River, and eight critical poles supporting it require replacement. The configuration is demanding: two four-pole structures on either bank, plus two adjacent poles included for due diligence, all assessed as a system rather than individually. Our scope covers geometric non-linear modelling of every pole, foundation analysis, and preparation of the complete design package.
